4-week Survival Courses
Our survival courses are 4-week courses with classes one evening a week, from 6:30-8:30pm. Perfect if you have only a few weeks before a trip abroad, and not much time to devote to language learning. The courses provide an ideal way to build confidence before using the language more frequently socially or when jetting off on holiday, a gap year or business trip. With our native speaker teachers giving instruction in the language, you.ll learn to speak and understand expressions and information that is commonly used. Follow this up with one of our academic courses, aimed at giving a more in-depth study of your language of choice.
Cactus offers a variety 4-week Survival courses around America. You can take this Survival language course for 4 weeks or cover a broader syllabus in 10 weeks, 1 night a week course.

Course Info
These are group courses which acknowledge individual needs. The content is academically sound and will promote
and lead towards long term aims with the language. The teaching,
by native speaker teachers, will be communicative, intimate,
fun and will engage and stretch the students. Although the
emphasis will be on speaking and listening grammar will be
included and taught in context. Our courses are monitored
throughout, feedback gathered from students at the mid and end of each course (together with any direct contact) and acted upon by Cactus Language Training. More on course outlines
